Newrish Page Publisher is an internal tool for authorized personnel to prepare, review, schedule and publish videos to Facebook Pages they manage.

Information processed: Facebook account and Page IDs and names, granted permissions and Page access tokens; operator-selected videos and local paths (which may include staff folder names); captions, product and Page assignments, scheduled times, review decisions, publication status, Meta content IDs and links, and error logs. We use limited Page data returned by Meta to verify access and publishing status. We do not store follower or commenter lists.

Purpose: verify Page access, select and review videos, publish approved posts, prevent duplicate uploads, monitor status and troubleshoot failures. We do not sell this information or use Page tokens for advertising targeting.

Storage and sharing: Source videos are read from the company's file share. Job records stay in a local project database. Page tokens are stored in the current Windows user's Credential Manager. The local review interface requires a password. Temporary frames used for an enabled AI review step are removed afterward. No AI provider is configured now; this policy will be updated before data is sent to one. Approved videos, captions and publishing information go to Meta via Facebook APIs. Public posts may link to LinkTwin and Amazon, which have separate policies.

Retention: Local publication records and video fingerprints are kept while the tool is in use for duplicate prevention and troubleshooting. Applicable local records are manually deleted or anonymized when the tool is retired or after a verified deletion request. Page tokens are removed on revocation or after a verified request. There is no automatic expiry or periodic purge. Facebook-hosted posts remain subject to Meta's controls.

Requests: An authorized Page manager may remove app access through Facebook business integrations or email 1525758988@qq.com with the Page name or ID to request access, correction or deletion. Do not send passwords or tokens. We verify authority and respond within 30 days, confirming removal or explaining any legally required retention. Deletion is manual; Meta-hosted posts must be managed separately through Facebook.
